Palletising Solutions
Our range of palletiser robots has been created to adapt to the needs of the customer according to the load to be palletised.
Fitted with 4 axis of movement geared by NC programming. It is also fitted with safety and anti-intrusion barriers for accident prevention. The head is adjusted according to the product to be palletized, offering solutions with vacuum cups, grippers, clamps, shovels, etc. and according to the production, with the capacity to handle more than one product with each operation.
Model RM
For loads up to 65-70 Kg.
Fitted with a reinforced metallic structure and a separate control panel.
Available in version 1 or 2 depending on the need to palletise one or two pallets at the same time.
Version 2 is designed for plants that need to palletise two pallets simultaneously, with or without different products.
Model RMS
Palletiser robot for loads up to 30 Kgs.
Fitted with a 2 pillar metallic structure and a control panel integrated in the pillar.
Available in version 1 or 2 depending on the need to palletise either one or two pallets at the same time.
Version 2 is designed for plants that need to palletise two pallets simultaneously or select, in either one, the type of case, at the indication of an external sign, or simply optimise the waiting time between pallet changes.
